Thai Man seriously injured in mysterious shooting in Banglamung.

Just after 9pm on Thursday, Police Lieutenant Nitipoom from Banglamung Police Station made his way to the Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital to investigate a shooting which had taken place on Highway 7 in Nong Pla Lai. The victim of the shooting, Khun Tanagrit aged 23 was rushed to the Hospital in a serious condition. He had sustained 3 gun shot wounds in his back, right arm and right leg. Accompanying him to the Hospital were concerned members of his family including his Wife, Khun Wanda aged 32 who mentioned that her Husband was known to have other female companions and it is thought that he was shot as he was traveling on his motorbike to see one of them. There were no witnesses to the attack and Police are basing their investigation on two possible motives. The first relates to his extra-marital activities and the other is connected to possible issues with work colleagues. He works as a seafood vender in a market in Banglamung and Police are now questioning other vendors at the Market as they begin the hunt for the shooter.
