Email Hacked.

Hiya just noticed that someones been into my Yahoo account

Nothing was changed.

Luckly nothing inportant was in there ie-bank,paypal info.

The reason i know someones been looking about is that i had an unopened email in 1 of my folders that had been opened.

The title subject of that email was Account info

& i had sent it to myself for that very reason & it seemed to work.

Ive changed my password on all my email accounts & intend to do so every few weeks.

Ive also set up unopened emails on my other accounts.

So guys dont forget to change those passwords..

More often than not its someone you know.

 

Anyone who knows enough about you to answer the secret question etc etc can do it.

 

I've got into many people's emails just by answering the secret question, thats the thing that has to be hard to get past.

 

Passwords should be alpha numeric and secret question should have a dummy answer.

You should consider getting a mailer that reports the last log-in times (and the number of of failed login attempts) like GMX.
