ICJ told Thailand has 'clear evidence' in Preah Vihear case

Veerachai Plasai, the attorney who is representing Thailand in the Preah Vihear case being heard at the International Court of Justice, reiterated Thursday that there was clear evidence supporting Thailand's claim, which will be presented in the next court session in April.

Well its part of the Provence that is within Cambodia's confines and the decision of ICJ in 1962 is definitely a decision of 'Stet',although the Sisaket Province of Thailand is its most accessible route.....Notwithstanding the 'last antecedent rule'would apply with out reference to 'dejour deminimus'......
