Only on the outside and they freeze them off with Liquid Nitrogen, can't see how they can do that on the inside though and yes it hurts like hell.

Hadn't seen it mentioned earlier, but there seems to be a very strong relationship between HPV in females - oral sex - development of throat cancer.

 

There is a significant increase in what was a previously uncommon throat cancers (among non-smokers) - here in the US. The thinking from my ENT friends is that performing oral sex on a HPV infected female allows the HPV an avenue into a new friendly environment (the warm, moist throat).

 

It will probably be another decade before medical boards will weigh in, but for the moment, it may be prudent to find alternatives to "dining at the Y".

Has anybody thought about the vaccine which protects against two of the viruses linked to cervical cancer and two which are linked to genital warts? Presumably, if people are catching genital warts in Patts, that would imply that those people have not been exposed to the relevant viruses before? The argument in the UK for not vaccinating adults (only teenage girls) is that people (ie, adults) will already have been exposed if have been sexually active so no point. Must admit, I am a little confused by that argument.

 

(Should add that, at present, in the UK the vaccine used only protects against cervical cancer. This may change so that the other vaccine is used.)

Let me tell you some facts and I am not a layman. Genital warts can be a persistent and very annoying condition.Its caused by a tumor-forming virus some variants of which can cause cancer in the female genital tract and in the mouth-throat of sufferers. It is very contagious and there are carriers that can transmit it without themselves exhibiting any visible warts whatsoever.A condom is a must in all cases although it cannot provide 100% protection as there is usually skin to skin contact in the (unprotected) pubic areas of the sex partners.Giving oral sex to a carrier BG always carries some risk of getting this virus to your oral cavity.Its a good thing to check the lady's genitalia if you can. But many refuse that, and the lighting conditions usually are not ideal. You need a good medical torch and the inspection needs to be thorough including pubic area, extenal genitalia, vagina, perineum, anus and perianal skin.And then you cannot identify the carriers .Thus, not a task for the amateur. There is no cure to eliminate this virus from your body, but there are treatments to destroy the unsightly warts. These include destruction of the warts using chemicals,cold(cryosurgery),electricity (electrocautery), lasers and traditional surgical excision. I strongly advise you to refrain from treating yourself taking DIY advice from friends or thru the internet, to avoid any complications or less than proper treatment.Be aware that warts can appear in places you cannot easily check yourself eg your anus even though you engage only in strictly heterosexual acts. If you get the disease or afraid you got it, visit a reputable hospital and INSIST to see a DERMATOLOGIST ( a medical specialist in skin and sexually transmitted diseases). In Pattaya try BANGKOK HOSPITAL PATTAYA in Sukhumvit Road, near North Pattaya Road ( I do not know if there is a dermatologist working on site in PATTAYA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL near CENTRAL PATTAYA ROAD or PATTAYA INT'L hospital in Soi 4). For best results avoid the clinics spread allover Patts altogether, as most of the doctors working there are not specialists, (even though many have good experience of the disease due to the large p4p scene).Ask the doctor to write a brief report with findings and treatment and after getting home visit your local GP, handle him the report and he will arrange for a specialist appointment if needed (Obviously this advice holds true for every other STD that you might get). In my 27 years of dealing with BGs in Thailand I have encountered visible warts 10-15 times (many of them in Soi 6).If I see them I refuse to do anything more with the girl, even with a condom. I give them a tip, advice to go see a specialist and move to the next one.

How to destroy a wart.

 

Peel a lemon and put the lemonskin in a bowl of vinegar and leave it in the fridge for 24 hours.

Cut a piece of lemonskin the seize of the wart.

Place it on the wart and keep it there with a band-aid overnight.

In the morning the wart is white and has sucked up the vinegar.

Repeat for a couple of days and you see the wart turn darker and darker.

When it's really dark stop the treatment.

You can peel of the dark wart after about a week, underneath is normal skin.

 

This works with a lot of type warts, don't know about genital warts though. But it's worth a try.
