A Room to rent in East Pattaya- on daily basis

Me and Kadafi have just moved into a three bedroomed house. We're paying shed loads for the private swimming pool.

 

This is what we are offering for 950 baht a night.

 

Private swimming pool

 

Clean room

 

Laundry done

 

Use of kitchen, living room.

 

DVD Player and TV

 

Motorbike (or without motorbike, knock off 150 baht a day)

 

 

BUT its 17 minutes away from Pattaya, but there is plenty of beautiful places around. 200 baht by baht bus each way.

 

Its ideal to take tee rak away for a few days but still being close to the action.

 

There is a seven eleven nearby and a kiss restaurant.

You seem pretty dumb, your comparing two different things, this is for people that wanna come away for a few days. You can sign up for a six month contract for a house, but you wont be able to rent for a few days like this opportunity.

On a short term let?? NO chance and even on a long term let that price is unlikely with a private pool.

 

The bed isnt on the floor its one of those wide "Japanese" style bases raised up but thats hard to see in the pic.

As been mentioned the bed is not laying on the floor, just like Japanese style room.

 

You cant get 3 bedrooms room fully furnished with private pool etc near Pattaya..we have checked out a fair number to see what you can get for the money and for 25k/month not alot....

I think it looks great and is a good deal and it's somewhere i would consider going for a few days to get out the way from the madness of town and to see a more "Thai" style of living.

Right now is high season so any deals will be expensive, but earlier in the year a group of three friends of mine who i work with took out a long term lease on a condo unit close to bhudda hill, paying 25000 per month, that 3 bedrooms with security and common pool.

 

East Pattaya was even cheaper, infact look up virtually any estate agent site and you should be able to pick up a 2 bedroom house, new build for about 15000 per month. Lot of property bought on speculation sitting empty out there, that's why.

I was down until I read that trunks are mandatory. A true disappointment.
