Foreign Drunk Found Swimming in Swamp

A drunken foreigner, name, age and nationality unknown, was discovered trying to swim in the dirty swampy waters in the gully/traffic island between the lanes on

 

Sukhumvit Road on 21st November. The shirtless man was seen by a City Hall official traveling along in his car. After calling for assistance from the police, he managed to get the man to get out of the water and sit by the side of the road. When the traffic police officer arrived, they could get no sense out of the man due to an excess of alcohol. He was taken back to City Hall by the official to sober up and hopefully they will get some sense out of him as to his identity.
