I belive it a big city so i want to make tha most of the holiday, hoping to spend the best part off a week up thier, I would like a hotel where it is BG friendly and no family vibe, any feed back would be appriecated cheers

Much quieter than pattaya chiangmai orchid hotel good location and guest friendly , but dont expect the same type of night life as pattaya and not as many bars/

Great place to visit and do a few tours if you enjoy that.

i dont like the night bazzar area so usually stay at either the Montri or Pornping there are lots to choose from but it all depends what you want. Location location. very few places charge a joiner fee but nowadays many require tg id card. thye main p4p bar area is just dozen or so bars. however there are a few places just off that area that have a few p4p bars. ask for better details from older bm's. the gogo bars are dire. if you spk some thaior have friends there try the kareaoke clubs real chiang mai girls. most of the beer bars and gogos are tgs from chiang rai kinda like pattaya with the issan thing.

Im in chiang mai now a couple of days for sightseeing. I can really recommend centara duangtawan hotel, very lady friendly and have nice facilities. Very nice swimming pool and delicious breakfast buffé. I booked deluxe room with king size bed directly from their website.

I can confirm the problems i experienced with centara duangtawan in chiang mai during my stay. They have elevator problems, only 4 elevators cover 24 floors with many people going out during peak time 18-2100 hrs. So i had to take the stairs 7 floors as elevators got full all the time and did not stop at my floor. Then when i came to reception to check out and pay, their creditcard machines did not work. So had to go to ATM and take out money and pay for room.
