Good luck with your new buisness as where it is located is just round the corner from where i stay.   I passed your establishment many times in December but could not find anything about it on the internet.   I will certainly visit while i am there in June and wish you every success with your venture.

One thing i would mention is that price is a very hot subject on this forum and a business such as yours will only be as successful by the quality of staff you employ.    I know that extras is up to the massage lady is but what i would say is look at similar establishments within the area. For example Dream Team massage the extra's cost is 500 Baht for handjob, 1000 Baht for BJ and 1500 Baht for full sex. If i was in your position i would certainly have a chat with your staff about pricing and of course i know not all men are handsome man.

Have to agree. MGM is a great place to go for a relaxing massage, but the extra pricing is a bit above and beyond the competition. Still, it's about as posh as you'll find for the actual massage.

tried mgm again with jenny, not as good as nidnoi,

short massage then prices as before 500hj 1000bj 1500fs

complained too expensive and was told the girls all agreed

to a fixed price. then later came down to1300fs but this was

declined too. still would try another girl or nidnoi again as it

Nothing wrong with location or accommodation .......but most PA  members are not LDOP newcomers , the girls prices are way to high comparing with Soy honey girls (and most look the same as yours )

I understand that is out of your controle as  owner/ manager .... but that is the reason probably as your place nice
