Most booked hotels on Pattaya Addicts (on Beach Road) are LK The Empress and Page 10.

 

Page 10 is by far the most booked hotel here. It is however very often full.

I'm staying there in Feb for the 3rd time and its location is excellent. You will get differing opinions from others but its up there with the most popular on Beach rd and it ticks all the boxes for us. The price does very but Agoda seem to offer the best deals if you get in early enough. If it doesn't suit your budget Baboona on Beach rd has been great for us over the years, the only reason we have moved to the Empress from there is that we love charging the battery around a pool after a big night and the Baboona doesn't have one otherwise its a great place with awesome views across the bay.

They do a good breakfast buffett, free if you stay, but worth a look if your up early and peckish, not expensive, good fare

I never book more than a couple months out but looking at the date I will be there in June, I booked in November to get the last beachfront room.

It must be gaining in popularity to be booked that far in advance.
