On my last flight back from BKK to Heathrow about a month ago, the entertainment wasn't working so the cabin staff gave out complaint forms to fill in. I wasn't bothered about watching any movies anyway, wanted to sleep or listen to my ipod but I filled it in anyway just in case there was a chance of some compensation. Today I got an email from BA apologizing for the lack of inflight entertainment etc and an evoucher for £50 :ThumbUp6: That's a nice Christmas present I wasn't expecting. :GoldenSmile1: Well done BA.

I got delayed for over a day in Brazil , problem with the Aircraft , they gave me about £300 worth of Airmiles as compensation , again it was the BA staff handing out the forms

 

 

If it floats, flies or fucks It's probably cheaper to rent ...
