Personal trainer in pattaya

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a good personal trainer to help push me on my gym workouts, I'm pretty much a beginner.

go 2 tonys gym they should be able to help you...

ask for daren healey he trains there nearly everyday tell him th doctor sent you

There is a personal trainer in Tony's, my advice would be to educate yourself, as always the internet is a good starter, i do not know if it is the bodybuilding or cardio part of the gym you are interested in.

if it is the bodybuilding side the best advice i could give you is take your time, do not worry about the weight and do exercises properly, for the most part the guys in Tony's are helpful and if you are unsure and had to ask most guys would be accomodating with information, obviously you will always get a few arseh**** who will look down on you but thats life, just walk on and leave them to indulge in their own self importance!

If it is the cardio aspect i would recommend Muay Thai or MMA training, excellent for cardio and you learn some helpful things to aid you in life if required to..and it is more interesting than running a treadmill for an hour.....this is all just my opinion of course....good luck!
