Where APUS condominium is located?

Featured Replies

I found some photos and videos but even on the official site there is no real location. It only says central Pattaya.

Any information for location and other things?

I had a look at the place today. They showed me a studio which they claimed was 38 sqm but looked more like 25-28 sqm. Maybe it was because of the furniture setup but the room looked smallish to me.

The interior was quite modern. Carpets on the floor. The price was 23k for a month. 8baht electricity (very popular trick recently to mask additional mark up in a double or triple electric water rates). The price seemed a bit high for such small room. But I would stay for one month. The problem was that they only accepted a minimum of 3 months.

Another thing is that Internet is outrageously expensive there. I was shown some price list and it was around 4k for just the installation of the lowest offered speed (i am so used to free installation in europe that it seems unbelievable to me). Plus its something like 1.4k monthly for 4 Mb/s
