Pretty cool. High traffic areas would be pretty cool to capture. Where beach road and Walking Street touch would be a great spot at night, capturing from Beach Road pointing into Walking Street, so you can see all the cars take the left and people pour into Walking Street. What were your intervals? Judging from the smoke coming from the bar over the water, they were relatively short for time lapse. My camera doesn't have a built-in feature for time lapse, so the best way I can capture is to use a remote shutter.

That's good bobby1961 just my opinion but Illd try blend some music into it, abit of chilled out stuff sound of waves crashing or anything you like. Great attempt tho

Maybe try that with the music great idea. It is my first attempt at doing a few different little clips and adding them.

I didn't want to be pointing a camera on a tripod at people entering walking street.

I use a Sony and have to use a shutter release as well I got a cheap one from ebay.

I had the beach garden ones set at 1/4 second exposure and a 2 second interval. The stars were a 30 second exposure with a 2 minute interval.

The ones up country during the day were around the same as the beach garden ones.

I am looking forward to trying a few more now that I have discovered final cut is so easy to use.

Now that is what I'm talking about bobby that is different class fella

I think it would be good to use transitions between scenes so that it doesn't jump around so much.

To embed you need to use the full editor and enable HTML under the Post Options.

I see that some people add a black screen for about 3 frames to stop that jerkiness.

Like all other forms of photography it is practice till you understand it properly.
