Puppy-300x225.jpgPaul and Sandra Finnelly run a home looking after stray cats and finding good homes for them.As Paul notes, 'It has been quite a good year so far for cat and kitten re-homing with 48 now placed in new loving homes although we still have over 40 here.'

'As you know "Cats" is our thing but occasionally we come across the odd "Special" case that is not feline.

'We and our friend David have just rescued a 4-5 month old disabled puppy from Big Bhudda hill, hence his name "BB".

'We thought at first his disabled front legs were his only problem but we were soon to find out that he had a ruptureddDiaphragm causing his internal organs to push against his lungs making it hard for him to breath.

'Against all the odds and some 10,000 Baht later he made it through a major operation to repair his rupture.

'He is still at the hospital and will have to stay for around 10 days more but then we need to find a new safe home for him to go to.'

Here is the link to a short movie showing this amazing pup.

Watched the VDO.

Is there no point at which you think that humane despatch might have been the more sensible and kinder option?

Just another news robot right.

.

Excellent story and excellent work...Standard response from the first reply, why shouldnt this puppy be given a chance, if one of my kids broke a leg i wouldnt instantly put a needle in them to end it!

Wish the world had more people like this couple
