Hi to all.

 

I am searching for a room for 2-3 months (it depends) at Central Pattaya.

 

I would like these :

 

1) At least 35-40 sqm or more. A little spacious if possible.

 

2) Big TV

 

3) Internet

 

4) Near Buakhao if possible but you can suggest a room even if it is not so near.

 

5) Some mirrors, on the closets for example would be nice.

 

6) Maximum 20.000 BHT per month including electricity and water that I calculate around 2000 BHT. So 18.000 BHT would be nice. But if you have to suggest anything near the price sugget it and I will see if I can afford it because it is difficult for now but maybe things go better and I have the extra BHT.

 

I sent to some rent companies but they say they rent only with 6 months contract but I can stay 2 to maximum 3 months.

 

I saw Avenue Residence rooms that I like and have everything I need with the money I can give BUT they said only 6 months rent...

 

I saw the forum from a friend and searched a little at his home but it is difficult to find everything I need so I create an account to be part of the forum and not be pressed when use it.

 

I am newbie but I can also help you with your questions that have to do with Pattaya...I forgot to write "not" after "have"...hahaha

The rooms you suggested are very nice, almost what I need. But I do not use motobike or taxi motobike so it will be a problem the Hill side and I would like to be more centrally.

I have room 12A available late Feb, see the website for all details or one of the new rooms just finished all new furniture and fittings, this is in soi Chaiyapoon about 70 yards from soi Baukhao, just around the corner from LK Metro.
