Does anybody knows when or if they have start building the 3th building at Dappartment at Soi Buakaow. The lady at the desk told me last April they will build a new wing behind the new building ( its now a parking lot ) I always stay at this place in the new wing and have plans to back in April but i don't want to be there during the construction.

I'm staying very close by to this location next week so I hope not, I'll update when on the ground.......

Arrived Winner place next to D Apartment yesterday, not been around much but no sign of any construction noise........could change tomorrow but not today

I just stayed at Maple Mansion which is at the other end of the soi that D Apartments / Winner Place is on. Construction opposite woke me up at 7.30 every morning ! Its currently a three storey building which I am told is for D Apartments. They will have a swimming pool on the top floor.

So they build another building at the end of Soi Chalermprakiet 11, close to 3 road ?
I am sure D-apartment employees told me they want to build an new building at the empty space behind the new building which is now a parking lot. That construction will start next year. So this means soon there are 2 new Dapartment buildings, or did they just changed the location of this new building project ?

The newbuild I refer to may be additional to the proposal to build on the space behind their existing new building or an alternative site.I was assured by the management of Maple Mansion that the building opposite them was definitely for D Apartments ???

I almost believe they changed location cause DApartment told me that the new building gets a swimming pool on the top floor. Can't imagine they build two new buildings: one behind te existing one which already has a pool, and te one you said they building right now.
