Serviced Apartment or Hotel Room with Microwave near Central Festival Mall

Featured Replies

Hi there!

I will be in Pattaya again for 20 days between the last week of Jan and mid of Feb 2013 and need a Serviced Apartment or Hotel Room with Microwave facilities. It needs to be near central festival mall as I am coming this time for more of a official work and will have meetings there.

For my last visit in Sept, I had stayed at the R-CON Blue Ocean in Soi Buakhao for more than 10 days. I liked my room there, its girl friendly and I paid 990 THB per day. However, there is no microwave facility nor a restaurant so I used to go hungry at times and had to hunt around for food. Besides, the TV was small, the AC just about OK and there was this lingering sewage smell in the bathroom always. One more irritant was that the 10 Baht taxi is hard to find when coming back to R Con.

So, any help with a girl friendly place with a good TV and Microwave near the Central Festival Mall will be greatly appreciated. My preferred budget is between 1000 to a max 2000 Baht.

thanks

you will need to define both 1, cheap 2, length of long term for anyone to have a clue on how to help you.

think it through, then ask for specifics in a NEW topic post.

I know of a gr8 guesthouse ( 600 baht nightly ) pm me if your interested.

I've started at vt6 before, booked thru dancewatchers, and for around 20+ days it was cheaper to book for a month.

View Talay 6, next to Central Festival, will any day start to rent "hotel rooms" (quite new and good standard) and they have micro.

These rooms are owned by the company who built View Talay 6.

Contact the official office at View Talay 6.

Yes, I got the contact information now. The e-mail-adress is:

[email protected]

and the telephone number is:

038488825.

For the moment they only rent out for at least 1 month. The price for 1 month is Bath 25000. That means if you stay 20 days the price will be 1250.-/day + electricity.

Maybe you can ask them for renting out 20 days. It cost nothing to ask them.

I am confused by this original post you want a high quality condo or apartment for 20 days to entertain business meetings but you want to able microwave meals and ride 10 baht taxis and not pay very much for anything by the sound of it what kind of business are you setting up Cheap Charlies "r" us :Think1:

Why not have you meetings with the rest of the balloon chasers problem solved free food music no pay drink nam
