Loy Krathong is believed to originate from an ancient practice of paying respect to the Goddess of water. Many Thais believe that floating a raft on this day will bring about good luck.

In keeping with the tradition of Loy Krathong the Sheraton Pattaya Resort is organizing decorated rafts which will be put to water ffrom the Elements Restaurant. Along with the rafts there will also be a beauty contest known as the “Nopphamat Queen contests”. Traditional Thai Dancers will perform while guests may enjoy a variety of Thailand’s most beautiful ladies and the enchanting Loy Krathong festival with us. For the price at THB 1,800 net per guest, you will receive a free welcome drink, a beautiful floral Krathong and a memorable night. (Free for children under 4 and half price for children aged 4-12)
