OK was hoping not to post here about this but it has annoyed me for too long, I stayed here on 2 occasions, and both times were Horrid

I was introduced to the Accommodation through a friend, the rooms here cost 5000 baht a month and Elec it 7 baht per unit, Sophon TV 300, and Water 150 baht respectively, you will also be overcharged for your electricity, I wont say how long I stayed there, not to give myself away lol.

 

The rooms here are severely out dated, leaking pipes,40 year old Air conditioning units, and Dirty, they look clean but on closer inspection, its not.

 

they also have a system where the Tenants of the place can run a Tab style system or getting products from their shop, but you can pay for it the following day, this where they make the Big $$$.

 

if you don't watch it they will add many things to your bill as they did to mine, the amount of time I was ripped off was Unbelievable

apon questioning the bill, i was told that it was right and I had to pay, I must NOTE that this place is the only place i have been ripped off at in all of Pattaya.

But then as the old Saying goes "The Thai is always right" even if you know they are wrong!

 

 

PLEASE be vary careful here at this place, I am not the only one to have experienced this kind of treatment!

Your kidding, all that for $8 a day and you can tick up credit at the store!

it was never About the money, It was about the Principle!, and harsh treatment!

Why did you return when the first time you stayed there was horrid? There are so many places in Pattaya to choose from.

I stayed there as I was still new to everything, I wanted something else and used this place as a last resort,I know better now and will never return there!
