Just completed 6 large new rooms include brand new King beds, 3 piece suite, furniture, A/C, fans, Flat screen TV, DVD player, electronic safe, kitchen unit, large fridge, kettle, good sized to massive shower rooms, TV' can be turned to face the bed or the suite, 600 baht per night low season, attached some example photos.

For the money these rooms will be hard to beat,thats for sure,A 3-piece suit thrown in for the price too(im sure these will be used for other than sitting in lol) all for 600 baht.Good thing about here is these non rip-off prices.Seems to get plenty of custom and thats testemant to this.

The new rooms look big and great value for money. ....You have ticked all the boxes for accommodation and ofcourse you have a great location.

 

I gotta ask you though...who did you use as a decorator? ..Stevie Wonder..

 

I mean who puts mauve and blue together and then uses a yellow curtain to compliment things. lol...the good news is that most of the mongers have absolutely no fashion sense..(I’ve seen them walking around pattaya) so it won’t make any difference. I am assuming that you picked up the furnishings at a discount...

Yes just along from the bookshop past Crazy Dave's is Tiger golf about 50 yards and opposite that is a double shop beauty salon, the rooms are above the Salon, there is a side entrance that goes up to the rooms.

Front or Side entrance is always preferable to a BACK entrance as it can be a little messy some times !!!!

Hi Dave,

 

Nice to see you expanding & also keeping prices reasonable. As for the decor you should see my house lol. Rooms are bigger, with a small kitchen, new furniture & the LCDs are a bonus. I might have to change from my favourite 5A as long as the new rooms have a lazy boy chair!

 

I've had a few family problems & other setbacks which is why I've not been down for a while but hopefully I'll see you in the new year.

We are going to have another one soon, the ground floor room when it's ready, its going to be a 2 bed ground floor apartment, en-suite, A/C and all the normal amenities, wheelchair accessible, photos will be added once finished.
