Any new places 10-20K a month?

I am looking for a decent place to stay for a while, but I don't want it to feel like a prison.

 

I'm quite a fussy cunt and I need somewhere quite 'homely'.

 

I don't care about being close to the beach, ideally looking for somewhere Expats & Thais might stay that have been built in the last few years.

 

My only requirements are a decent view, fridge, tv, bed, shower.

 

Anybody know of new developments further back such as Soi Arunothai etc ?
