Renting a photography studio flash in Pattaya?

Does anyone know where is possible to rent a photography studio flash and how much it will cost approximately?

Really need your advise.

Unfortunately, the Apex studio rent out only studio with all equipment, not separate flash...

I think you should make them an offer or probably forget it. Or go to central festival and buy it yourself.

I have just seen this. We have recently stopped renting out gear to take away from studio, the hassle and risk versus the reward for us is too great, we use elinchrom gear and it is not readily available for repair or replacement in Thailand.

 

If you are interested in some Chinese makes, I do have a couple of sets available. They have worked for us in the past, but on a couple of occasions, left us in an awkward situation. Which is why we went to elinchrom. The truth is you get what you pay for.

 

We used to charge a deposit of 80,000 baht in cash for the elinchrom system, but found most people on holiday don't want to part with that type of cash anyway.

 

The chinese makes have been sitting on the shelf for months on end. I could have my staff take them out, charge them, and test them, if you are interested. Deposit on these units will be 30,000 baht cash, and rental fee of 3,000 baht a day. This includes soft box and trigger system.

I have not seen any studio flashes in central, not to say they are not there.... But, I haven't found. Bangkok, MBK is the best bet. For a cheap chinese make that would prob suffice or a holiday user.

Did have seen some at central festival ( second road - pattaya nua ) in a shop on the second floor.

Quiet long time ago as I don't go anymore to this area.

Can find both expensive and ship gear at Pantip, MBX, Fortune mall and online of course
