enough pages in passport?

I have 4 full pages left in my passport before travelling to Thailand.I will be doing 1 visa run to Cambo while there.Can anyone tell me if this is ok as i have read stories that you need so many empty pages to enter country.

Ive read online that some people put post its on the whole blank pages saying "leave for full page visas".Is this a good idea?You know what tossers Thai immigration are.

are u planing on getting the visa exmeption on arrival in Thailand (30 days free) or a visa (one page) 1/2 page for arrival /departure stamps

 

The stamp for Cambodia is one full page an than 1/2 page for entry/departure

While ur in Bangkok or PP ( if ur american ) get the extra pages added $80, note in Bangkok they will issue u 2 sets for the price of one while Camboida will only give ya one set,

takes 20 minutes once ur number is called. Dont go on a Monday

I would strongly suggest board-members not to follow your advices. This website is a ripoff. They propose a $45 visa (don't even know if you realy get your visa after payment).

The real website (and only one) is this one : http://www.mfaic.gov.kh/evisa/

I was only showing a link to where it shows you what a Cambodian online visa is and that you don't lose a page. Thank you for showing the link to purchase a visa.

Is it true that i can only use e-visa in Poipet?If so do you just take your passport to the normal arrivals section there or is it somewhere different for e-visas?

Coming from Thailand, you can get in anywhere with an e-visa, except the following borders :

Chorm (Oddar Meanchey)

Daung (Kamrieng Battambang)

Prom (Pailin)

O Smach (Oddar Meanchey)

 

Go to the first page of the official website for e-visa, scroll down a bit, there is the list yes / no for the e-visa ports.

 

So e-visa is ok for Phnom-Penh and Siam reap (and many others)

Decided to renew my passport.Will need renewing soon anyway and thought why worry.After one visa run it would have been full and i might decide to stay a year anyway.Just hope its back in time for me to travel in 5 weeks

It seems that this BM doesn't like, or doesn't know (or doesn't bother) editing his posts.

I asked him to edit his post also on an other thread where I said something stupid and he quoted me (so my stupid thing stayed on his quote however I changed it in my op), but he never bother doing it.

Four pages is more than enough, we see number of our clients that work off shore come in to Thailand with 1 page, the reason it is not a problem is we all have an Embassy in Bangkok were we can get a new passport if needed.

 

You will have no problems
