Half a mile up Chayapruek 2 from Sukhumvit on the left, a short way behind the Tesco. So old and cheap a scooter will break down catastrophically, soon. Doesn't matter where you buy it, from private seller, dealer, or auctioneer, the prices for a particular model, age, and condition vary by no more than 2,000 Baht. 50 Euro. Better go for something you like.

The guy has stated that he lives in Pattaya 5 min from WS.

 

With no book he would soon pay more in fines than a new bike would cost, better to buy a "straight" bike one can be found for 10,000 - 15,000 thb if you look around.

 

A bike with "No Book" is Ok for taking "up country".
