Can you buy more with 30 THB or 41 PHP?

I was wondering from all the guys that travel and or live in both The Philippines or Thailand what goes farther 31 THB or 41 PHP?

Pussy: 41 peso. Girls are cheaper in AC and LT is the norm for the most part. 3000 peso + tip for the top stunners in AC is cheaper than the gogo superstars in Pats. i settle for the 1500 girls thus paying a little more than a Soi 6 excursion for a LT English speaking girl.

 

Food: 30 baht. Not only is the food better in LOS, it is also healthier and significantly cheaper. I eat western food in AC as I can't get into the locale cuisine. Thailand is almost exclusively Thai food at 150 baht a meal max.

 

Hotels: 30 baht. hotels are much cheaper in Pattaya than AC. Not sure about other locales in the Phils.

 

Shopping: Even tie. Both are super expensive for imported goods, but Thailand has a much larger assortment of fake stuff if that is what you are looking for.

 

Transportation: 30 baht. the baht bus system in pats cannot be beaten, while trikes, jeepnys and taxis are all quite expensive in AC. I walk in AC (it is so small) and walk / baht bus in pats.

 

Overall: I have done both locations my last 2 trips, with 75% of my time in pats and 25% in AC. AC is a town for drinkers and pussy chasers only - there is literally nothing else to do. Pats offers a much more relaxing environment for off days with Jomtien and the other islands being so close.

Thanks Robio. I go back and forth right now as well about where to go next. I have been to Pattaya but not to A/C.

 

Right now money is a bit tight so am thinking of A/C because it sounds cheaper, then will go back to LOS once things go back to normal next fall. However, with the extra cost for hotel it seems to be about the same cost for both places? Maybe?

 

I am not picky about food - want healthy but don't care about fancy. Can always eat eggs in morning and fruit + basic.

My biggest expenses seem to be hotel (am picky about clean and non-smoking, but not about fancy), and girls + drinks.

 

Any thoughts?
