Keeping this very brief guys for reasons I can explain in PM. Also no pics for the same reason.

 

One of the "new" bars in Ban Chang is for sale due to the owner being moved to SG by his company.

 

3 Floor shophouse on the "new building side"

 

1 year left @13,000 per month. Owner prepared to offer new lease immediately but rent will increase. This would negotiable but you would probably be looking at 20k a month for a 5 year lease.

 

ALL fixtures and fittings included including fridge, aircon, TVs, music system, pool table (owned not leased) etc.

 

NOT included is his bedroom furniture (one bedroom currently furnished) but he may listen to offers.
