It's down Sukhumvit roughly opposite Tesco Lotus South - big blue Samsung sign.

Definitely Service Centre.

Service is good, but not necessarily fast if they have to get parts.

My Gf recently took her phone there, took about 1 week for the repair.

Yes it's opposite Tesco Sukhumvit.

I took my much loved Samsung Wave there and left it there overnight for a firmware down grade, something I can't do online without jailbraking.

The following day I picked it up and they said ' Can't do' we've had problems downgrading firmware so we won't do it.

I then took my phone to Samsung in BKK down from 'Sala Dang BTS'. I picked it up one hour later, perfect.

For some reason Samsung BKK knew all about downgrading firmware, and were confident in carrying out the procedure as I questioned them throughly before leaving my phone with them.

Great service, fast and efficient.

Total cost 220bt because it was out of warrenty.
