Be careful with apartment landlord-sharks. Make sure all the details are crystal clear. Like what is the deposit for and take photos of the room so they cant deduct from you at the end. Check the price they charge for units of electricity and water, and check the meters before you move in, and ask when they check them every month.

 

My tgf just moved out of a quite nice room, paying 5000 a month plus 1000 in utilities. of the 6000 deposit they deducted 4500 in various stuff.....
