Im interesting in to buy a condo in Atlantis condo jomtien. will that be a good Idea? never tried to buy condo in thailand before.I know a least 80 % sold.

 

I it safe to buy in my ovn name?

 

how is the market in Pattaya right now? going up or down?

If 80% is sold then you will not be in the 49% foriegn name quota. This of course unless you are buying a flip.

Im sure there are resales available on the market. Most agents will have some to offer. So i suggest you contact some. Goodluck!

Isnt it going to be a couple of years before it is finished? If you want to use it yourself to save on rent it might be better buying into one that is already finished, occupied and furnished.
