I pay regular visits to Pattaya; when I finally sell my business I intend to retire here. I work hard, so when I am here I relax with the lovely ladies. Recently I was chatting to a group of resident expats in a bar who started on about trying to get the cheapest prices and I mentioned how much I had paid a girl the previous night. They all said that people like me who overpay ruin it for the regulars, because the girls get greedy and charge high for everyone. I don’t overpay—I pay what I think is fair and I can afford, and the girls treat me very well.  I said it’s my money I’ll spend it as I like and I left. If they all act this way when picking up girls no wonder they also complain about getting poor service!

What price this pair for a daily double?

Most expats are comfortable with the give and take regarding leg-over levies, but for some mongers being able to brag about a hundred baht saved appears to be more important than the actual sex. They continue to slurp booze no matter how much prices increase, but want their nookie at very low rates. Generally, short and long time rates haven’t changed much for several years, but still the paleface pikers gripe that the girls are greedy. They are perfectly entitled to bargain for cheap sex of course, and are praised by fellow punters if successful, whereas the girls, who are equally entitled to seek as much as possible for their work, are branded as greedy slags. Claiming that higher paying customers encourage the girls to up the ante for all is total cobblers. There have always been punters who are prepared to pay more, either through naivety or just because they can afford to and enjoy the results.
