Local Red Shirts Get Political Crash Course

More than 1,000 area supporters of the Red Shirt political party gathered for an all-day educational seminar. They received diplomas certifying they had taken the course on Red Shirt principles and strategies.

PATTAYA-November 4, 2012 [PDN]; an educational session for Red Shirt supporters was held at the utility building in the public park of Nong Preu municipal, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province.

Presiding over the event was Mrs. Thida Thavornseth, the chairman of people allied for democracy, red all over the country; Dr. Weng Tojirakarn; and the cadre of people allied for democracy in the eastern area, such as Mr. Charnyuth Hengtrakul, Mrs. Jureeporn Sinthuprai, and Mr. Nisit Sinthuprai.

There were the members of the people allied for democracy from the eastern and nearby areas who came to join the seminar that totaled more than 1,000 people. The course covered the basics of being operation officers for the Red Shirt party at the beginning level in the year 2012.

The chief lecturer was Mrs. Thida Thavornseth, chairman of people allied for democracy. She explained about the purpose of the party strategy, policy, duty, the leadership, method of thinking and working, and working with allies to adapt to the political landscape in the year 2012

She discussed obstacles in working with masses of people and the setting up of the people’s ally for democracy organizations in urban and city areas. She also talked about the main purpose in setting up similar politics schools in order to achieve the political objective of democracy in the constitutional monarchy.

The Red Shirt party really has the right of the people’s power, which has the power base of being in harmony between the middle-class people and the high-class people who love democracy and justice for every sector, including the business sector, political parties, religious organizations, educational institutions, government officers, soldiers, police, and the people to fight against the bureaucracy that is the obstacle in developing politics, economy and Thai society to get true democracy.

Red Party strategies also include the movement and operations for peaceful methods to combat the problems with the economy and solving the problem of poverty within the political fighting taking place, by pointing out that solving the problem of the economy and the survival way of life for people in the country as well as the other Thai people who must come from the politics of people who have the power of right on their side to fight for justice for Thai people.

The justice process must not be pressured by those who have power and operate in the network of cheating bureaucracy and must work to cancel the constitution in the year 2007 to allow for the new law for the people that is the true democracy.

The afternoon featured more educational talks from the people allied for democracy by well-known lecturers such as Mr. Visa Kanthap, Mr. Korkaew Pikulthong, Ajarn Jaral Disthapichai, Mr. Veerakarn Moosikkaphong, Mr. Adisorn Peangkate, Mr. Jatuporn Promphan and Mr. Nattavuth Saikeau.

A final ceremony awarded diplomas to the students finishing the course of Red Shirt operation officer in the beginning level in the year 2012.
