Hi

I am looking around for a place to stay coming March.Main things I am looking for are:

- maximum around 35 euro a night

- no joiner fee (preferably with joiner ID to be left at reception)

- swimming pool

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply.

Your reply does raise another question. You have any idea why a joiner must be at least 20? I had in mind that the legal age was 18.

Thanks in advance

Some hotel just wants the girls to be over 20. Their policy, that's all.

I would suggest to browse the forum for more information. Hundreds of hotels threads.

Page 10 costs 35 euro per night? This is a surprise for me. I think that this hotel is more expensive.

Opey de Place in Soi Lengkee (2 min. walk from LK Metro). Prices from 950-1200 Baht, No joiner fee for 1st lady, 500 for second. Nice swimmingpool, nice cafe/reataurant area with reasonable prices, WiFi (doesent work to well inn all rooms though, but fine in the lobby/restaurant area). There are no in-room safe, but a safe box area behiind the reception (you have 1 key, the reception has the other, so unathorized persons can not open the safe by themselfes). Quiet area, and a lot of bars/restaurants just opposite. Thery do keep the ID until the girl(s) leave the hotel.

Another option could be China Garden (Guesthouse) more or less just opposite Opey de Place. Very nice rooms as far as i have been informed. They do not have a pool, but you can use the pool in Opey de Place for about 100 Baht/day.

No ID-check af far as i know.

Edited due to a few typos (might be more - but if so i havent noticed them...).

If you dont intend to hire a motorbike then make sure that its handy to a baht bus route, or central to the places you usually hang out.

Lek hotel - rooms from 850 to 1600 baht, great central location, Older style but fun. I liked it.

Billabong Guest House on Soi LK Metro. Plenty write good reviews.

Look on www.wotif.com for others

Between soi 10 and soi 13 is a good area for centrality. ie walk to Walking Street, surrounded by bars, walk to LK Metro and Soi Buakhao, baht buses to Soi 6, easy walk to Pattaya Beach.

Personally, I prefer to stay at places like Roof Garden Inn, and Residence Garden so I can go to Jomtien Beach daytime and Pattaya at night, easily.

Yes, best advice so far.

Many BM advise newbies to stay in LKMetro, but bringing back a girl from Walking Street to there can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

I always stay at Sea Me Spring Soi 10, near Page 10. I think the location is great, newer modern hotel. No fees.

Is page 10 chick friendly with no joiner fees?

If you are looking at Agoda you will have to add taxes

Page 10 is now more expensive between 1800 and 2200 baht without breakfast - unless you want the studio room which is slightly cheaper

Try the Sandy Springs hotel on Soi 13. Make sure you pay 350 baht for a membership that will get you a 300 baht per night discount on whichever room you select. The membership is not advertised on the website. http://sandyspringhotel.com/

How have you always stayed at a hotel that's been open for less that a year.

Anyway I stayed there for 3 weeks and its the worst place I've stayed at. Reception have no clues and you can hear everything from the stairs meaning sleep during the day isn't an option.

China Garden is more my go.

Writing this from flipper lodge right now soi 8. 40 US so close to that in euro. No joined fee. Nice room. No pool. Pool at flipper house on soi 7 but smaller rooms there with no safe in room.

Sabai lodge, soi 2

4 pools, 4 hotels in complex, no joiner fees, will suit your budget.

Have stayed a few times and it is spot on.

Check on web sabailodgeco.th

A BRILLIANT hotel FOR PRICE.
