Cosmetic Surgery

Has anyone had any cosmetic surgery done at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital or anywhere else in Thailand?If so what are your thoughts about your experience.

Any surgery has more to do with the surgeon than the hospital. You need to research the surgeons that perform the procedure you are seeking as opposed to using whichever surgeon a particular hospital has available.

 

There is a huge amount of information on-line from which you can discover which surgeon you would prefer, then simply contact him/his staff/the hospital he works from.

Chiang Mai Ram hospital in Chiang Mai...Dr Somboon.....in Thai means Dr Perfect .....LOL

I tried to do a lot of research on doctors and hospitals for a lower Blepharoplasty (lower eye lids). I had been to Bumrangrad price was high and chickened out..Next trip I walked into Yanhee and what a zoo, I didn't click with the doctor and wasn't comforable. Then I walked into Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.. Cosmetic Center in the back of the hospital. Talked to a doctor and the only thing that bothered me was what he was saying about fat removal..This is a very common and easy surgery.. He wanted me to make an appointment and a waited 2 days and said wtf..

 

The only real problem I had was the night of the surgery I was in my room at the Pattaya Bay Resort about 11p/m.. everything was fine then I sneezed,, a big one.. then one eye started bleeding.. oh shit.. the PBR ran me up to the hospital and they got it to stop.. I broke a stitch and I had a big shiner.. looked like I'd been boxing Tyson.. the next day I went back to the Doctor and they drained the shiner.. Oh ya.. Hats off to the PBR.. there driver waited for me..

 

Being a guy it was a little wierd getting plastics or having anyone know I had it done.. I used arnica to get the black and blue to go away, iced, and if it wasn't for that sneeze the guys at work would have never known I did something.. The shinner didn't go away for several weeks.. the other eye was good after one week.. I wore sun glasses to the bars and when the girls found out a had my eyes done they all wanted to see.. The word is plastic eyes to them..

 

Took me a couple of years to work up the never to get rid of those bags and glad I did.. I'd do again in a heart beat..
