Sutus court 1 vs 3 advice

Hey any BM's have first hand experience on the differences of sutus court 1 and 3? It wouldbe for a 10 day stay, how much of a difference is there?

Price eise 3500 baht difference

The difference is the old hotel is at the back

The new wing is at the front

The old part is a bit run down

How would the rooms in the oldbldg compare to a guest house?

Trying to get some insight as both rooms online seem quite decent...

Good hotel. Main pool is in the shade in the afternoon, checked out the old building which is ok, but stayed in the new building & payed the extra batt, the nature view up the road is a better hotel but a bit more expensive

Thanks for the insight experience and first hand knowledge helps in these things were the toilets in the newer building with separate showers?
