Airport Immigration Queues

Can somebody please update on the queue times for lines at Immigration at Bangkok airport these days? In July I had a 45 minute delay from lining up getting stamped. Returning was easy, only 2 minutes in line on the way out.

In September I landed at 9:30AM and was through Immigration in about 10 minutes. Same flight in April for Songkran was even quicker, straight to a desk and through in about 4 minutes. Seems like a good time to land, late afternoon is meant to be a lot busier.

Was there a month ago, 50 min in the line for arriving, so turned up 4 hours before flight. just to be sure and the queue was only 2 min this was about 10am

Flew in from Malaysia last month and was really full but took about 20 minutes to go through the snake line in the second immigration part.

They seemed to have fixed the huge delay problem, but still can be a crapshoot. If 2 A380 happened to land at the same time your going to wait a while.

Landed 8pm last month and took bit over an hour to get through. On the way out at 7pm (2 weeks later) it took 45 minutes.

Painful.

Learned a trick on this board, after landing I walked to immirgration

their was about 50-75 people waiting but I remembered that someone

on here said to keep going and their is another station about 300/400

yards futher, went there and found 10-15 waiting, 5 minutes.
