Hotel for Christmas and New year period

I was reading the thread about the most booked hotels by members here http://www.pattaya-addicts.com/forum/topic/85750-pattaya-addicts-top-14-agoda-hotels/

 

Originally wanted Page 10 but its fully booked for part of my stay so now looking at the rest on the list although omitting Tims so its August Suites, April Suites or LK Renaissance.

 

I am steering more towards LK Ren as I like the location on Soi Diana.

 

Any thoughts? My mind is pretty made up due to the location but mind is open. I just need to get it booked next 48 hours to avoid any more disappointment. I am 99% sure one of these 4 so would appreciate if not sidetracked by other hotel suggestions as they will just make me even more indecisive:)

As you will be aware, prices are hiked up for "peak season" I am in Patts just after Xmas for a week or so.

 

LK Ren is a perfect location, I have never stayed there as I stay at Areca which is virtually opposite. August Suites/April Suites appear to be fully booked over the period I wanted to go.

 

Funnily enough Areca is fully booked on agoda/booking,com. Luckily my friend who lives in Patts popped in there yesterday and got me a room for 2300 a night.
