I'm going back to pattaya in jan. I would like to know a good place to stay under 18000 baht a month. The best place I found so far is the KTK residence.

Monthly term in Diana Inn, Apex, Lek, Ice inn. Can be under 20k if you take not-so-lovely room. Location is awesome!

Maybe consider looking just out of town like Naklua etc, you will get a bigger place for that amount than you would in the centre of it all...depends what you want, how long you stay etc.

I'm staying a month in Thip Condo in Jomtien, I think it cost 15 or 16k + power and water.

KTK is pretty good. After looking at many places they really impressed me and if I was visiting that's where I'd probably stay.

Try Dancewatchers, they have a very good selection of Condo's in Jomtien and also in Pattaya, upmarket and also Budget Rental.

Their service is excellent and I have used them many times in the past.

I wouldnt stay in Jomtien as you will spend half your time getting on the songtaw to Pattaya.

 

Stay somewhere central in Pattaya.

 

All the action is in Pattaya and plenty of places available.
