bars near royal park apartments

I am seriously thinking about retaining an apartments at Royal Park in Jomtien. It's address is listed as 315/295 Moo 12, Thepprasit Road. What kind of bar action is close by or withing walking distance (5-10 minutes sober or 15-20 minutes impaired). All help and suggestions are appreciated and I am really looking forward to living there.

It looks like its reasonably close to transportation routes, but no having been there I am not 100%. I would prefer to walk than drive.

On the map it looks to be just a short walk up from the main road (thap praya) that goes between Pattaya and Jomtien.

So to get to Pattaya just head down and take a bahtbus.

The same goes for Jomtien but it is within walking-distace too. and to get any kind of bar-life you have to go to either place, there is not many bars around Thep prasit road.

It is about a 5 minute walk to the main baht bus route. Bars are available within a 10 minute walk at Jomtien Complex. The beer bar complex at the market is 5 minutes away by motorbike. Rose Apple is a 5 minute walk as well. All in all a good location.

All moved into Royal Park Apartments. Quite pleased thus far. It's a good size and the neighboring area is quiet and well maintained. I have a one bedroom and the suite is equipped with two newer flatscreens. Bathroom is nice and the shower great. Very pleased indeed. I would definatley recommend at this time

I used to live in the Royal Park also, nice place almost like a boutique hotel. The best bars nearby are in Jomtien at the Rompho Beer Complex (40+) but many others including the Fantasy Bar in the Jomtien Complex. I always used my scooter but moto taxis and baht buses are always close by. This sure beats the Canadian snow doesn't it Wjin!!!

I'm pleased to say I don't miss the snow Gerry I've been walking to the bars pretty much, not a bad jaunt. like the country bar near the beach. A few nice lookers there. Perhaps we should meet up for a drink?
