Pattaya freak shows go mainstream

This year Halloween falls on Sunday 30 October and bars all across the city are gearing up to celebrate this annual event. Some bars, such as the Heaven Above go go (Soi Diamond), are starting their Halloween activities on Saturday night and continuing into Monday. Others are content to try and milk the freak show nature of Halloween for just the one night.

Plenty of tricks and treats from this quartet

It seems the nature of Halloween in countries, like the United States, is for people, usually children, to wander about the streets wearing pumpkins on their heads and dressed like Count Dracula in his dark period while knocking on the doors of complete strangers and offering them a trick or a treat. In Pattaya, a trick is available pretty much down every soi every day and night of the year.

Some girls take the view they should get right into the Halloween theme and instead of spending six hours a day getting their hair and makeup just right, they take an extra four or five hours to add as many gory looking features to their faces as possible. And still they get bar-fined. Of course, there are some persons of the wallet emptying profession who don’t need to do very much at all to make them appear ghoulish. And still they get bar-fined.
