Training Partner

I know this wont be the most popular topic on this forum but worth a try, anyone looking for a training partner, I mostly go to Tony,s Gyms...and I am into the bodybuilding side rather than cardio, I also do some Muay and mma occassionaly.. I'm not expecting much replies as my topic doesn't involve women or alcohol but worth a try

hey Johnny im in patts next month was wondering what Gym to join tonys seems to be the best value.what you think?

im into wakeboarding try to go 2-3 times a week in rayong or the cable park in patts hua hin or bkk

but do like to hit the Gym at least 3 times a week also although dont really lift the real heavy stuff much

more cardio but would defo be up for toning up

Tony's Gyms for sure the best but as stated I tend to lean towards the bodybuilding side of the gym and the one on 3 rd road is excellent for this....I just took out a years membership for approx 8000 for all Gyms which is good value....

 

I am in parts until mid November so even if you are bored or need a night out give us a pm
