Depending on time of day ! You could take the skytrain to Mo Chit. Cross over the walkway bridge and flag a taxi. 120 baht.

If more than one person its more viable in a taxi from VM or Nana.

Skytrain from Nana is a very good idea.

Beside the taxi from Mo Chit you can also take city bus no. 510, it's only a 20 min journey for about 20 baht.

Nothing in Thailand is 100% sure.

That would probably be the fastest way. Once at Mo Chit you are out of the real heavy traffic so a pretty easy taxi ride from there.

Dont go from VM to Nana as you are doubling back on yourself and going INTO the traffic instead of away from it. That said Nana is a very short hop to the elevated tollway. This is an easy trip to Swampie but I am not sure about DM.

If you have a lot of shit with you, just take a cab. Dragging it to and from and up and down stairs in BKK heat to save 150B is just plain stupid IMO. If it's 'rush hr' and you only have a small bag, Mo Chit is a great idea .

What would be the best BTS station to arrange a pickup to go to Patts with Mr T ?

Posted

If I had a lot of luggage I would take a taxi, With just a carry on I would take the BTS to Mo Chit, and take a taxi from there.

If youre going from Pattaya to Don Muang then you can take a minibus from shop just before foodland on Pattaya Klang,,, 120 baht, they leave every hour, takes about 2 hours, drops you off at train station opposite airport, then you just cross over to the airport on the pedestrian bridge,
