Pattaya City Hall appoints press officer to liaise with local journalists

Pattaya City Hall has appointed a spokeswoman who will hold regular press conferences to keep the public informed of the current work of the administration. The first press conference was held on Friday at Pattaya City Hall, led by Khun Yuwatidar, who will represent the Mayor on the 2nd and last Friday of every month at the press conferences which will allow local journalists to ask questions and receive the latest updates which are of interest to both Thai and Foreign residents of Pattaya. Khun Itipon, the Mayor of Pattaya attended the first of these regular press conferences and believes this new way of communicating information through the local media will allow for more information to be made public and he urged journalists not to hold back on their questions to Khun Yuwatidar who will also not hold back on her answers.
