Sutas Court, any issues?

Typo in the title, it's Sutus court

 

 

Looks like they have everything I want and a good looking room for 650 baht. Does anyone have any bad reports?

hi i have stayed often and going back tomorrow,i am staying at sutus 1 850b at the moment,sutus 1 and 3 have a lift and the rooms at 3 are a bit tired but big&clean and in great location with a pool and jacuzzi if thats your thing.sutus 1 is newer and bigger room,much better shower,i love the location right on baht bus route and LK Metro and plenty of bars on hand.

Thanks, think I settled on Sutus 4 because I liked the look of the rooms

I stayed there quite a bit this past July and August when I was in Pattaya. It is my Pattaya favorite now. Not luxurious, but very clean, big, good shower, aircon and wifi. Location is great for me as well. I also aways stayed in the newer units which were 850 baht a night.

does anyone know if there are in room safes? on their website they say "safety box" so im not sure if that means an in room safe, or deposit boxes at the front.
