Drains cleared and potholes repaired as City Hall Technicians visit Soi Kow Tha Low.

 

 

For those that live in and around Soi Kow Tha Low located on the Sukumvit Road between Central and South Pattaya, this story will be of interest to you. On Wednesday Morning and in response to complaints received from residents and business owners who are angry that problems with flash flooding are still occurring despite promises from City Hall that drainage modification work around Pattaya will solve the problem, we joined City Hall Technicians as they cleared blocked drains in Soi Kow Tha Low including the adjoining Soi’s. The work highlighted the problems that the area is still facing as many of the drains were full of debris. As an added bonus, many potholes in and around Soi Kow Thai Low were filled in by road work teams who were instructed to make a full inspection of the area and to make the roads safe.
