I haven't stayed for a couple of years, but this is my favorite place in Chiang Mai - Run by a thai lady and her Dutch worse half! Absolutely lovely people and very helpful.

It is slightly out of the centre by the river, so getting a tuk tuk/ songthaew can sometimes be awkward, but i always walked until i saw one.

It will always be my first stop in Ching mai!

Only thing i'm not sure of is guest policy - only been solo or with tgf, although i dont think it would be a problem.

Ref, guest policy. this will be my first trip solo. Can't think it would be a problem though.
