Do you know why the first application was refused so that you know what needs special attention?

Yeah, there's a cooling off period, it's this moment right now. When you cool down, analyse what went wrong and put it right.

Insufficient proof of a relationship of depth, or economic reason to return would be my first guesses, maybe even both.

Both can be fixed with time.

So have a cooling of period and fix these things.

What was the reason for failure?

Any government that can turn down a visa in 30 seconds that gets paid $150 for the application would probably love it if you reapplied once a week.

You need to address the reason for the refusal (they will have given it), also you will need to mention the refusal on the next application. good luck

I have only ever applied in Peru for my Latina girl , but thre RULES will be the same , so I'm going to add...

if you apply for fiance visa and it is refused, you get the right to appeal at a immegration court in the UK with your own specialist lawyer.

At the appeal.. if you are British, with job/career , house, history and you don't lie.. its hard to fail imho

There are some visa agents that specialise in getting visa`s and they will be able to help as they know the way around these things. They cost money to use them but it is no more than the cost of a failed application. If you contact Darren at Keyvisa in Pattaya he might be able to help. In the past he has helped me many times. Some people say that agents are expensive but when you get a visa and work out what it costs in time and money, they work out better financially, especially when you have already had some problems.
