a few metres from the beach and walking st core? that's being a bit economical with the truth. I can see the Marquee bar on soi buakoaw out of the window so that puts you towards the pattaya klang end opposite the soi that runs down to the new plaza bars. that's not near the beach and certainly not near walking st although a 10 bht fare on a baht bus will do the job

Sunview Place looks pretty good from the Web-site. I assume it's guest friendly but does anyone know if there's any extra charge for multiple guests?

 

I'm looking at a stay of about 30 days so I want a decent size space. Anyone got any info on the suites - might be interesting if I can get a monthly deal.

 

While I'm asking newbie questions, is the ADSL internet service advertised on the Web-site in-room or in the lobby?

 

Any info on this place would be much appreciated.

 

Very basic rooms, but large. Internet EXPENSIVE!!!!!
