Prison Inmate behind latest drugs arrest by Pattaya Police

Two suspected drugs dealers were arrested by Pattaya Police Undercover Officers in the early hours of Thursday. The main dealer is thought to be working for an inmate at Chonburi Central Prison. The female suspect is thought to have distributed drugs on behalf of the main dealer. Police Colonel Nantawoot, Chief of Pattaya Police announced the arrest of Khun Natawoot aged 30 who was caught with 54.3g of Crystal Methamphetamine, commonly known as “Ice”, and 1,000 Yabba Tablets at an apartment in East Pattaya. At the same time a female suspect, Khun Wassana aged 30 was in the process of leaving the apartment. She had reportedly collected drugs from Khun Natawoot totaling 100 Yabba Tablets and 5.69g of “Ice”. Khun Natawoot revealed he had become friendly with a dealer whilst incarcerated at Chonburi Central Prison on drug possession offences. He agreed to sell drugs for the inmate upon his release. Both are now on remand pending court proceedings.
