I'd go to the clinic mate.

Clinic isn't good enough. You have to go to BPH, that's the only ones in town who work with liquid nitrogen to freeze them off. 3,000 Baht.

Lazer best option. More accurate than freezing

Aldara Imiquimod Cream can be brought in the pharmacies, it works a treat, (painless and no need to get your nob played with and inspected) but keep it out of your eyes and wash before contact with her vaginal mucous.

I would advise the specialist clinic and liquid nitrogen.

The doc knows exactly what to do....how much to spray, and for how long. More importantly, where to spray. Also,if a second treatment might be needed.

The warts go white....then black....then they are gone! You might freak yourself out when they turn black if you did it yourself.

The docs also recognize sites that may not be obvious to you.

You don't want to get it wrong.

Do it yourself? You don't get liquid nitrogen in a hardware store.

They laser at International Hospital. Costs 3 times more than freezing at BPH, though.

Go up to Bangkok and go to the Red Cross anonymous centre. It's near lumphini park google it.

They are thailands main centre for HIV research, and can test and deal with all kinds of STDs, can't remember exactly how much it cost but it's a lot less than 3000 baht.

Be aware that warts can come back, so you have to go get them removed again

My recent experiences.

Went to combined doctor/dentist clinic (I think it's one noted here on PA but I can't find the thread again) on a little sub soi filled with bars. It runs north off (left off) soi 7 when coming from Beach Rd. and runs only to Pattaya Klaang. Immediately had misgivings as I thought the doctor was rather young. I went there to confirm my suspicion and, after inspection, he completely misses that they're warts. Mumbles something about gland secretions and tells me to monitor the situation for a week. Pfft!

Minutes later, I was in Pattaya Memorial Hospital. On duty doctor immediately identified the problem. Gave me podophyllin resin, similar to Aldara but more potent. The warts were almost entirely gone in 48 hours. The 15cc bottle says Podophyllin Paint. Had this treatment before in Phnom Penh from an English doctor and it worked marvellously. BUT, from what I've read on medical and wiki sites, the doctor is supposed to apply it, as did my PP doc. The PMH doc just gave me a script, gave me all kinds of dire warnings about its dangers and sent me off. Cost: 1,100 baht total.

The root of the devil's apple solved in HCL. Good stuff to spread generously over one's genitals by amateurs. :GoldenSmile1:

Uncircumsized men shouldn't really try this in do-it-yourself mode, it has to remain on the wart for hours.

My (professional medical) advice would be to go to clinic/hosp and get a Dr or nurse to examine, prescribe and treat you. Some treatments are more effective than others, based on duration of you having the warts and range/coverage of the warts, so a (decent) medical professional will know the best course. Whilst you're there, you might wanna also think about a full STI blood test - it won't cost that much more and it'll give you a heads up with any other probs.

Trust me, as a a doctor talking, we've seen it all so the embarrassment will only be on your part!

Good luck

Get rid of them ASAP ! If you see a girl with warts then run a mile !

I got warts on my last trip. It takes few weeks or months to develop. Been in a clinic and they used liquid nitrogen to freeze them off.

Apple Cider vinegar does the trick although it takes a bit longer than having them frozen off at the clinic. Just put a few drops of ACV on a bit of cotton and tape it over the offending lump before you hit the sack. Might have to do that two nights in a row but after another day or two it'll turn black and scab off. Works like a charm

I was getting something checked out at the std clinic one time and the doc said she saw a couple of warts down there - not a big problem. She gave me "Wartec" solution (Podophyllotoxin 0.5%) had to 'paint' them with little sticks supplied twice a day for three days, take 4 days off, then apply again twice a day for three days. You can have to do that for 4-6 weeks but mine died off in two.

Edit: Oh, funny bit, the packet also comes with a little hand mirror for those with warts in the bumhole!

Not me of course! :68:
