I just saw someone on the street selling Tadalafil 600 mg tablets. Holy shit is that for real! I once took a 20 mg one and was barred up the whole next day. Scary to think what 600 mgs could do.

Dude, stay the hell away from them! You can get Tadalafil up to 60mg, so maybe that's what you saw? Otherwise, fake or not, that could really fuck you if you were to take that-level of dose.

 

ED meds are great, but I would caution against overuse or large doses - continual misuse or overdosing can cause some serious side effects.
